Two different calls, one phone number: chargers that stopped working, and charging somebody has asked you to add. Both start with the electrical service, not with the hardware.

Chargers offline, faulting, or throttling

Ports that show faulted on the dashboard are usually a breaker, a ground fault, or a firmware state — not dead hardware. Diagnosis costs far less than replacement, and we do the diagnosis first.

Residents or tenants have started asking

Charging has become a leasing question in multifamily and office. Two ports installed thoughtfully beat eight installed where the conduit happened to be easy.

A lot is about to be built, paved, or re-striped

The cheapest conduit run is the one that goes in while the trench is already open. Stub-outs during construction cost a fraction of trenching a finished lot twice.

Demand charges jumped after the chargers went in

Uncontrolled charging sets a new monthly peak. Load management under NEC Article 750 caps the draw and often removes the need for a service upgrade entirely.

A fleet is going electric on a schedule

Depot charging has to land in the same order as the vehicles. That means a phased build with conduit and gear sized for the final count, not the first delivery.

This is the answer a capacity study gives before hardware is ordered, not after it arrives on a pallet.

Commissioning & Network Setup

Charger mounted, wired, and commissioned. Networked chargers activated on the management platform with pricing, access rules, and remote monitoring.
