An active outage on a maintenance contract gets a tech assigned within 60 minutes anywhere in Duval, St. Johns, and Clay. Non-contract calls are same-day when the board allows it.
Not the nearest truck — the nearest one carrying the license class and the gear the call needs. A switchgear fault does not get a lighting van because it was two exits closer.
Middleburg, Lakeside, and Orange Park ride the same loop; the Beaches ride another. Batching schedulable work by corridor is what keeps the outlying markets economic to serve.
