/ Why people call

What it usually
looks like first.

Any one of these is reason enough to get us on site. Describe what you're seeing — we'll tell you on the phone whether it needs a truck today or a scheduled visit.

01

Half the lot is dark

Poles going out in a group point at one branch of the underground feeder, not at six failed heads. Which branch is a fault-finding job, not a bulb order.

02

The lot burns all day

A stuck photocell or a welded lighting contactor. Cheap to fix, and it is quietly doubling the lighting line on your utility bill.

03

The breaker trips after every storm

Water in a pole base or a nicked direct-burial conductor. It clears when things dry out, comes back with the next rain, and gets worse each cycle.

04

A pole is leaning, or the base is rusting through

Anchor bolts corrode from the bottom up, and coastal air accelerates it. A pole that moves in a squall is a liability question before it is an electrical one.

05

Tenants, patrons, or your carrier are asking about light levels

Complaints get resolved with measured foot-candles and a layout, not with an opinion. We bring the meter and the readings.

06

HID heads are failing one at a time

Past a certain count, replacing metal-halide lamps one truck roll at a time costs more than converting the lot to LED with a rebate against it.

/ How the work runs

Four steps, in this order.

01

Night walk with a light meter

We walk the lot after dark, mark dead poles on a site plan, read foot-candles across the drive aisles, and trace the circuit back to the panel.

02

Photometric layout and fixture spec

A layout for the pole spacing and mounting heights you already have, aimed at IES RP-20 targets for the lot's use. Amber, wildlife-compliant heads where a beachfront ordinance applies.

03

Trench, set, and pull

Concrete bases with anchor bolts sized for the pole's wind load under the Florida Building Code, conduit or direct burial per the run, and our own crew in the trench.

04

Control, aim, and re-meter

Photocell or time clock set, contactor verified, heads aimed, then the same meter walk again. You get the before and after readings on the same plan.
