/ What that means

Self-perform, and where we don't.

An unlimited Florida electrical contractor license means there is no voltage or occupancy ceiling on what we are allowed to touch. What matters more in practice is what we do with our own people: branch circuits, distribution, switchgear, lighting and controls, generators and transfer equipment, EV charging, and standard structured cabling. Those crews are on our payroll, on our trucks, and carried on our workers' comp.

Fire alarm and proprietary building-controls programming go to specialty partners we have used for years — pre-qualified, insured, and scheduled by our PM rather than handed to you as a second phone number. We say which is which at bid time, because finding out at rough-in that half the scope belongs to someone else is how schedules die.

Self-performed

Power, distribution, switchgear, lighting, generators, EV, structured cabling.

Pre-qualified partners

Fire alarm, proprietary BMS programming, specialty controls — scheduled by our PM.

Stamped when required

Florida PE on staff and consulting for one-lines, load studies, and coordination.

Never brokered

We do not sell a job and hand the whole thing to a sub. If we bid it, our crew is on it.

/ How a job runs

Bid to closeout,
four steps.

The same sequence whether it is a two-hour repair or a nine-month switchgear replacement. Only the paperwork gets thicker.

  1. 01

    Walk and bid

Site walk, existing-conditions check, and a written budget in two business days. Where the scope depends on capacity we run the load study before quoting, not after.

  2. 02

    Permit and utility

We pull the permit under our license and open the utility file — JEA, FPL, Clay Electric, or Beaches Energy — with the load letter and the requested cut-over date.

  3. 03

    Install and inspect

Our crew, sequenced around your operating schedule. Rough-in and final inspections booked by us; the inspector meets a job that is actually ready.

  4. 04

    Commission and close out

Testing, labeling, as-builts, O&M manuals, and warranty documents in one package. Arc-flash labels updated where the fault current changed.

/ Where we work

Every scope, four counties.

Duval, St. Johns, Clay, and Nassau. The building department and the serving utility change from market to market — the crew standard does not.

/ Before you bid us

What owners and GCs ask first.

All questions

Yes — stamped electrical drawings for switchgear upgrades and generator installs through licensed Florida PEs on staff and consulting.

/ Get a bid

Send the scope.
We'll send questions.

Plans, a punch list, or three sentences describing the problem — any of those is enough to start. Budget and questions back within two business days. Active outages, call.
