EV charging install in
Nocatee.

Charging for Town Center retail, Crosswater and Greenleaf amenity centers, medical office, and the apartment communities filling in behind them. Nocatee is new enough that most of the electrical infrastructure is modern — which changes what a charging project costs and how fast it goes in.

/ What's different here

Nocatee is not
a generic site.

The charger is the same everywhere. What changes from one city to the next is the utility, the permit desk, and what the buildings were wired for. That is most of the schedule and most of the cost.

01

Build the conduit before the asphalt

Half of Nocatee's commercial pads are still going in. Conduit and a pull box stubbed to the parking rows during construction cost a fraction of saw-cutting a finished lot later, even if the chargers themselves are two years out.

02

Modern gear, real headroom

Buildings here mostly sit on services sized in the last fifteen years, so the capacity study more often comes back yes than it does in older parts of the county. That shortens the path from decision to energized port.

03

Exterior work goes past review

Bollards, pedestals, and signage in a master-planned community are an appearance question as well as an electrical one. We build the submittal package so review happens once, not twice.

04

Amenity centers charge differently than retail

A community pool lot wants a pair of Level 2 ports and simple access control. A Town Center retail row wants throughput and a payment network. Same county, opposite specification.

and port count.

That is enough to start. We pull the service size, check what Florida Power & Light can deliver at the address, and come back with a demand study, a permit timeline, and a rough number.
