Buildings here mostly sit on services sized in the last fifteen years, so the capacity study more often comes back yes than it does in older parts of the county. That shortens the path from decision to energized port.

Bollards, pedestals, and signage in a master-planned community are an appearance question as well as an electrical one. We build the submittal package so review happens once, not twice.
